Appointment Cancel Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. If we are able to fill your space, you will not be charged the fee. The full service amount (100%) will be charged in the event of a “no-show”. You will never be charged otherwise. Due to the extreme number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations over the past couple of months, we have been forced to make these necessary changes to our booking process in an attempt to limit this difficult issue we have been dealing with. Our team works extremely hard and depend on every guest they have booked in their daily schedule. A valid credit card is now required to reserve all appointments, including services intended to be paid by a gift card. Your credit card is safely and securely encrypted and complies with the PCI-DSS standards. Upon checkout, you may still choose your preferred method of payment. We appreciate your support and understanding of our need to implement these changes. We look forward to treating you.
